Casey Whittier at Plenum Space

“My work is based in my need to better understand my own relationship to the objects and environments that surround me. I see each sculpture as a way to advocate for a direct and tactile relationship with the world.”

Our fantastic sophomore instructor, Assistant Professor of Ceramics Casey Whittier, always seems to have several projects in the works. The latest of these endeavors can be appreciated at Plenum Space Gallery in the East Crossroads, where her show Inapt opened earlier this month.
